Fantastic service. What a relief in this day of Amazon and Zappos to find real salesman in a real mall in Lakeland! Go see Hector and his crew. I've been to Champs Sports in lots of places but this crew actually seems to have fun working and everyone knows their shoes. Hector actually schooled me on how one Nike shoe will be sized differently and "why". Been there several times and it is always the same. Highly recommend this brick and mortar store over the Internet.

They got better food than the restruants in the area. Always got drink specials and food special daily. Pitchers for $5. Bartenders are always attentive. Outside patio is always relaxing. Great place to bring friends or not.🌮🍺🍻 …

I went the day before school started (August 12, 2024). All of the employees were very helpful, but Mr. Angel stood out, he was ripping and running around the store trying to complete every need of each customer. He found the exact shoes that I needed for my son, when I had went to multiple stores to find them and couldn’t. We need dedicated workers like him. Shout out to Angel.

I bought 5 pairs of shoes, 2 jerseys and 3 pairs of Nime sweat pants for my daughter, wife, and I. Gabi & Sofia helps us, the were great. Great customer service, great attitude and even the manager Dani helped us. We had them running back and forth getting us different sizes and shoes until we found what we wanted. No complaints, or issues when we asked for them to get something else. Awesome customer service. After we left, I came back with my youngest son to get hime a pair of shoes and we found the closed. They had just dropped the gate, but when Sofia saw me she asked Dani if she could let us in, and Dani gladly opened the gate and let us in and we bought another pair of Jordans. So I bought 3 pairs of Jordans, and 3 pairs of mixed Adidas and Nike, plus some Jerseys and Nike sweat pants. I had them running all over the store and never once did the service diminish. Thank you so much ladies, you are the best. See you soon, Thanks!
